Cancellation Policy
IMPORTANT‼️
*We do not facilitate sessions for those under 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel sessions and will not issue a refund on sessions for those under 18.
* Sessions are non-refundable, but you have until the day before to reschedule your session once. The new time must be within 30 days of your original in-person session.
* You may request to switch to an online session.
* All session times are in CENTRAL time zone.
* Please arrive 10 minutes early for your session to give yourself enough time to find parking and the office.
